A proposal will be sent to the client after initial consultation has been conducted. The proposal will include the exact timeline for payment. 20% of the payment will be due before work begins on the site. At the half way point (which will be established between the client and MoonFlare Studios) an additional 30% will be due. At the end of the project the remaining 50% will be due in full. The price of the project does not include any monthly fees asoociated with third party sources such as domain registry, hosting fees, credit card companies, etc. At any time should the client make changes to the agreement by adding on to the services requested, MoonFlare Studios will bill the client accordingly.

The client assumes responsibility for all collection and legal fees acquired because of default in payment. There will also be a $50 fee for returned checks. Web development & graphics not paid for within 20 days of invoice will be removed from the clients website pending payment.

Should the client chose to cancel the project, any artwork or web development will be retained by MoonFlare Studios. A $200.00 cancellation fee for the projects inital consultation will be charged in addition to a prorated fee for the portion of the project that was already completed.

The client will be required to reimburse MoonFlare Studios for any expenses incurred during the creation of the project. The expenses will be determined either in the beginning or at the end of the project. The client will also be required to pay for any stock photography or custom fonts that were purchased during the creation of the project.

MoonFlare Studios will be given credit for any website created. A line will be placed at the bottom of the website that says Web Site Created by: MoonFlare Studios with a link to our website. At no time may the line be removed while the client is using the site that MoonFlare Studios created.

MoonFlare Studios retains ownership of all original artwork in any media, including digital files, whether preliminary or final. It also retains the ownership to any custom code or programs that were created for the site.

Your privacy is very important to us. Any information obtained by MoonFlare Studios will be used for the sole purpose of completing your project. No personal information will be given out or sold at any time. We will not provide your e-mail address to any third party. We will only use your e-mail address to get in contact with you once you have provided it to us.
